  • Developing a model for continuous improvement
  • How a leader creates an environment for self motivation
  • Preparing other people for motivation leadership roles.

Day 4    “Growing” people through delegation and empowerment

  • How to apply the models for delegation
  • Developing coaching relationships and skills through trust
  • Use and mis-use of job structures
  • Applying the progressive principles of empowerment.

Day 5    Becoming a self-developed leader in changing environments

  • Understanding how to develop leadership in others
  • The leader’s role in coaching others to make improvements
  • Recognising changes in interpersonal communications, teamwork and motivation
  • Modelling leadership in interpersonal communications during transitions
  • Demonstrating teamwork and commitment to positive interpersonal relations
