INTRODUCTION

This “Risk Assessment within Production Operations” training seminar will provide delegates with the requisite information in order to assess plant risks at all stages in a project, implement safe working practices and procedures relating to process plant and equipment.

The seminar content has been effectively used by major oil companies while the sections on safe isolation of plant and equipment and en involved as a contractor for three international companies in projects in the Middle East , Mediterranean , North Sea and USA for refineries, offshore to onshore plants. Following the tragic Piper Alpha loss, he was appointed as a consultant the Redevelopment Project in period 1990-2. Recent work has included inspecting oil and gas production properties, refineries and petrochemical projects in the Former Soviet Union, the Far East and South America . This has led to the accumulation of a significant database on how plants are assessed worldwide.
